The core business of ORBIX Solutions focuses on the processing and valorization of co-products from the steel industry, including crushing, grinding, metal recovery, carbonation activities, and the storage of aggregates.

In accordance with the standards and norms in force (BENOR, KOMO, CE, ATG, etc.) among our partners and clients, and in line with our compliance obligations within our triple certification for quality, safety, and environment (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018), we declare our active commitment to implement the necessary means and resources to:

  • Ensure an unconditional priority for occupational health and safety for employees and all authorized persons present on our sites.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental legislation, while irrevocably committing to providing safe and healthy working conditions by preventing work-related injuries and illnesses, and by protecting the environment through pollution prevention.
  • Strictly comply with applicable regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Maintain consistent quality of our products and services by using innovative professional applications and by taking into account customer requirements and feedback, with the aim of continuous improvement.
  • Apply, adapt, and evolve our internal process manual according to any changes in purpose, size, and context of Orbix activities. This includes addressing specific occupational health and safety risks and related opportunities, contributing to continuous improvement in management and performance toward excellence.
  • Lead by example in vision, attitude, and behavior at all times, based on a shared value system built on five key pillars: social well-being and health & safety, trust and team spirit, innovation and continuous improvement, ambition and pursuit of excellence, and honesty and active listening.
  • Consult, gather input from, and actively involve Orbix employees and their representatives, recognizing them as experts in our professions and essential contributors to the implementation of our internal manual.
  • Encourage and support daily management efforts to embed these values into their DNA through actions and decisions, focusing on performance, objectives, efficiency, as well as behavior, role modeling, personal commitment, respect for rules, and prevention.

Prevention, reduction, treatment, and elimination of hazards and non-conformities related to quality, health and safety, and environmental risks are everyone's responsibility.

Suggestions from everyone are welcome. Risk analyses will be continuously reviewed and updated in response to any changes that may impact product and service quality, the safety of individuals on our sites, the environment, and all stakeholders, including employees, management, local residents, customers, suppliers, and authorities.

Continuous improvement in quality, safety, and environmental aspects will be adjusted daily to enhance the efficiency of our company.

To achieve this, particular importance will be placed on continuous awareness, training, and regular assessment of skills. Set objectives will be reviewed frequently to align with our level of ambition. Appropriate planning will be implemented, mobilizing the necessary resources for concrete actions carried out by responsible individuals.
